The fundamental principle of operation is the same as that used by the larger Posiweigh machine featured above, again ensuring optimum accuracy.

The system is best suited to weights between 2g and 50g, depending on density and flow characteristics,  with speeds of up to 20 weighings per minute from a single machine. Multiple units can be supplied to provide increased throughput and for synchronisation with packaging and indexing systems.

Quick release parts are incorporated to provide ease of access for servicing and cleaning.

Manufactured in stainless steel throughout, these weighers incorporate the latest 'PLC' (Programmable logic Controller) technology, giving reliability as well as ease of use for operators.

The "Micro" has proved highly successful in the dairy industry, where it is used for discharging dry piece type products, such as nuts and coated rice, into yoghurt containers, and where the units can be supplied in multiple format, mounted on and synchronised to existing indexing systems to provide a high speed, fully weight controlled system.
